i note friendly staff. i appreciate the adapted room offered to me. my booked room seemed suitable. i found it clean, warm. comfortable. we were grateful for the provided tea and coffee at the hydration station.

i noticed pillows weren't great and the bed felt hard. the air conditioning sounded like a lorry idles. we turned it off, then opened windows.
